The Computational Methods in System and Control Theory (CSC) Workshop will focus on the mathematical aspects of simulating, optimizing, and controlling complex technical processes, with an emphasis on dynamical systems. Key topics include advanced numerical and multi-linear algebra techniques, model reduction and system approximation, and the development of parallel algorithms.
The three-day event will feature plenary sessions with distinguished speakers, offering participants valuable insights into the multifaceted field of CSC. The scientific program includes curated presentations from CSC members, highlighting recent innovations and findings in the field. Additionally, a poster session will provide an opportunity for participants to showcase their research and contributions.
The workshop will be held between 17th and 19th February 2025 at the Tagungsstätte Schloss Ringberg, Reitrain, Germany. The venue is provided by the Max Planck Society as an attractive facility for seminars or workshops in picturesque scenery next to Lake Tegernsee, providing boarding and accommodation.
